Norris Mitchell, Director of Special Audit and Investigations Unit completed his distance and flexible learning graduating with a Masters of Commerce from Charles Sturt University on 22 of August 2019 at Rosehill Gardens Race course in Sydney Australia.

His proud moment was shared with family members from home and abroad. He would like to reach out to his colleagues by saying to "always take up the opportunity for a challenge to learn and enjoy it".

He believes that staff need to be flexible, adaptable, expect change and have an effective communication process. Firstly, he would like to thank God for the opportunity, strength and courage to press on both academically and spiritually through the duration of his studies, especially in times of discouragement. Secondly, his heartfelt thanks to his family for their effort, guidance and support as he could not have done it without them.  Lastly, he would like to offer his gratitude and appreciation to Fuimaono for his leadership, guidance and encouragement
