Morina Faasisila

Director of Information Technology Audits

Morina Faasisila has been with the Samoa Audit Office since 2008 and was appointed as the Director for the ITA Division in October 2018. She is a Certified Accountant with the Samoa Institute of Accountants and is also a Certified Fraud Examiner.
Ms. Faasisila received the Best Support and Utility Player award for the Financial Year 2019-2020.

Audit Manager

Andrew Bourne joined the Samoa Audit Office in 2011. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and was appointed the Audit Manager in the ITA Division in 2018.

Faamaile Latu

Principal Auditor

Faamaile Latu is the Principal Auditor in the Information Technology Audits, and has been with the Samoa Audit Office since 2015. Mr. Latu previously worked in the PBA Division and PEA Division. He was Senior Auditor in the ITA Division in 2019 before his current appointment in 2021. Mr. Latu graduated in 2020 with a Master's Degree in Auditing from the Nanjing Audit University, China.

Menime Phillip is the Senior Auditor for the Information Technology Audits Division. Miss. Phillip joined the Samoa Audit Office in February 2020 as the Executive Assistant before her current appointment in 2021. She was awarded as the Best Employee with the SPCS unit for the Financial Year 2019-2020.

Auditor

Siaoauli Fatu joined the Samoa Audit Office in April 2018 and has experience with Ministry audits. Miss. Fatu is currently completing her studies online for her Master Degree in Auditing with the Nanjing Audit University, China.
