MID-TERM REVIEW

SAMOA AUDIT OFFICE INSTITUTIONAL STRENGTHENING PROJECT

RFQ Reference: RFQ02

The Public Sector Improvement Facility (PSIF) of the Ministry of the Prime Minister & Cabinet, hereinafter the Procuring Entity, intends to procure the services of a Consultant to conduct a mid-term review of the Samoa Audit Office Institutional Strengthening Project (ISP)

The PSIF invites experienced Consultants to submit sealed quotation proposals addressing the selection criteria and methodology for the undertaking the mid-term review Terms of Reference (TORs). The selection process will be in accordance with the Government of Samoa’s Tender Board Guidelines for Government Procurement and Contracting and the selection criteria details as outlined in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) Package.

Quotations will not be accepted by fax or email. Quotations submitted after the closing time and date will be deemed to be late and will NOT be accepted.

The Samoa Audit Office is currently undergoing their Institutional Strengthening Project. Building and launching an official website is one of the many deliverables that this ISP intends to achieve.
